These are my thoughts, beliefs and expression.
I am a Spirit that will not be broken. I believe in what is right. I believe.
I will speak my truth and I will speak my truth publicly.
16 years ago, my precious daughter Lindsay Buziak was savagely murdered by ruthless cold-blooded killers and until there are arrests or I die I will continue to speak my truth on why my daughters murder is unsolved by Saanich police. I refuse to be silenced by anyone as it is my right to speak my truth by law and protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Should anyone wish to challenge or criticize me for exercising my right to speak my truth they will be met with equal or greater criticism and contempt.
It is my personal opinion from experience and interactions with Shirley Zailo beginning prior to Lindsay’s murder that she is a bully and a nasty individual. One of the worst I have ever met. Not only has she insulted and disrespected me on several occasions using vulgar language, but she had the audacity to also insult my murdered daughter Lindsay. And now for over 2 years Shirley Zailo and her lawyer Michael Scherr have been legally and senselessly harassing me causing me enormous stress and financial hardship while my health has deteriorated to near death. This harassment must stop now!
This is my truth and no one will suppress me from speaking my truth.
Should Zailo wish to cease treating me with disdain and disrespect, I will discontinue referring to her as the bully and nasty individual that I know and have personally experienced up to this point.
I DID NOT personally liable Shirley Zailo publicly by calling her a murderer and a killer which is what this lawsuit is all about. Her lawyer Michael Scherr is using legal trickery to include me in this lawsuit and seemingly expand it which is solely a personal vendetta of Zailo’s. She feels her personal image is tarnished. However, this really began with her very own performance on the NBC Dateline Show based on Lindsay’s unsolved murder.
The comments against her following that show are very negative and to this day I hear about them with every rerun of the show. Why are her lawyer Michael Scherr and her not suing NBC Dateline? Following the heartless, disrespectful statements, the ignoring, stalling, game playing and legal wranglings of Michael Scherr and Shirley Zailo, there will be no more apology than already given and completely ignored by lawyer Scherr and Zailo.
My sole focus, to my death, is to see Justice is served for the savage murder of my daughter Lindsay and not on the legal wranglings, manipulations, distractions and legal trickery performed by lawyer Michael Scherr looking, in my opinion, to profit financially and gain credibility on the back of my precious daughter’s tragic murder and my own life. No Mr. Scherr, this is simply not appropriate on your part and must stop!
Mr. Scherr, unless your skull is thicker than the foundation your office sits upon understand I am currently a very ill man.
Stress is my enemy. Shirley Zailo and you are, in my opinion, slowly killing me by imposing more stress on me with your relentless, senseless, frivolous legal proceedings which I will speak about publicly and begin posting every one of your letters should you two wish to continue or I die from the stress of this nonsense you and your client are responsible for! Cease and desist Mr. Scherr!
I DID NOT liable your client Shirley Zailo.
Should Zailo and Scherr have any compunction to cease and desist this senseless lawyer money grab and personal vendetta here are my terms for settlement:
Legal proceedings will cease immediately.
There will be no future legal proceedings.
Zailo will hold a joint press conference, arranged by Scherr with his media partner CHEK TV, with myself where we will both pledge to do everything in our ability to see Lindsay’s murder is solved and Zailo can publicly state she had nothing to do with my daughters murder. Scherr is not present.
Zailo will refrain from criticizing Lindsay in any way.
Zailo will be cordial and pleasant in all dealings with me.
I will not publicly accuse Shirley Zailo of murdering my daughter.
Lawyer Scherr will apologize to me in writing for causing me undue stress and hardship at a time when I could die at any moment from the added stress imposed by his legal trickery and wranglings.
Failing this, I will seek a restraining order against lawyer Scherr for continually harassing me as at this point in my life he is slowly and methodically killing me.
I am dangerously on the edge of death. I have blockages in the arteries surrounding my heart from 100% to 90% to 70% to 60% to 50% to 40% mainly from the stress of Lindsay’s unsolved murder proven by medical records I can share. I am waiting and proceeding through the process for triple bypass open heart surgery.
I am told by medical specialists to avoid all stress. I have trouble breathing at times during sleep. I have chest pains over these legal wranglings Scherr seems to be entertained by. I wake at night with chest pains. I am taking medications. I have rho-nitro spray for chest pains and trouble breathing.
I may not make the surgery.
I may not survive the operation.
I may not recover, yet lawyer Scherr and Zailo persist with vigor and zest with their legal proceedings and demands knowing full well I am at deaths door at any moment.
My friends, my perspective is that they are trying to kill me legally. In my opinion, it’s pure savage, heartless, ruthlessness. This is the Shirley Zailo I know. It appears, in my opinion, she has found her match in lawyer Michael Scherr.
I think about the horror my precious Lindsay faced at the hands of her savage, ruthless, cold-blooded killers, behind closed doors, while her common law partner Jason Zailo waited right outside. At least my death will be public and those responsible clearly displayed in front of everyone to witness. Maybe Saanich police will be able to solve this one?
If I die right now, these two are personally responsible for my last breath. I can’t be any clearer.
