The Murder of Lindsay Buziak

Why was Jason Zailo friends with drug dealer Christopher Schwartz?

Why was Jason friends with this guy? Why was he associating with a guy with a lengthy criminal record for assaults, thefts, burglary and production of narcotics. Why was he hanging out with a guy who sold drugs for a living? (cocaine) Jason introduced Chris Schwartz to Zachary Matheson and for a time Zachary was Chris’s supplier. Chris and Ziggy eventually had a dispute over drugs, when that happened Chris went back to getting his supplies from the HA on the mainland. Both Chris and Zachary had connections to the Hells Angels.

When Jason was released from the police station the day after Lindsay’s murder, he called Chris Schwartz and asked to come over and talk. If it had nothing to do with Lindsay’s murder why in the heck would he be going there at 10:00 at night? And when Jason arrived at Chris’s 68 Songhees condo why is it that the two of them had to go out on the balcony to talk for 20 minutes in private? Why could they not talk in front of the person who was inside the condo?

Chris said that Jason wanted to know if he thought it might be the Hells Angels who murdered Lindsay. Jason say that Chris called him to come over to his condo because Chris thought he might know who murdered Lindsay. One thing is for certain, Jason made the call to Chris that night asking to come over.

THERE IS SOMETHING VERY SUSPICIOUS ABOUT JASON’S VISIT THAT NIGHT. Both of theSE men are pathological liars so the truth may never be fULLY KNOWN.

Saanich police said a parolee is back in prison after goods stolen during a break-and-enter in Oak Bay turned up at a Victoria pawn shop. Several pieces of jewelry were located at the downtown pawn shop, where they had allegedly been pawned by the Saanich resident, police said.  A fraudulent cheque was also linked to the man. It is alleged that he had a homeowner pay for renovations with a cheque made out to him rather than to the construction company where he used to work.  Christopher Lee Schwartz faces charges of breaking-and-entering, possession of stolen property and fraud under $5,000.

MAN RETURNS HOME DRIVING STOLEN CAR

It wasn’t the fact that Christopher Lee Schwartz was a few minutes late for his court-imposed curfew.  It was the fact that he pulled up to his residence in a stolen car full of pilfered goods that resulted in the plug being pulled on his participation in the Electronic Monitoring Program (EMP)According to the RCMP Christopher Lee Schwartz had a busy April 17.  When arrested at his home that day, Schwartz was in possession of a vehicle which had been stolen from the Vancouver Airport, as well as items taken in a Langley break and entry.  Besides, Schwartz was driving the stolen vehicle while prohibited from driving.  Other charges were pending.

Schwartz has an extensive criminal record for various property offenses including possession of stolen property and driving while disqualified.  At the time of Schwartz’ arrest at 4:35 p.m. he was participating in an EMP that required he be home by 4:30 p.m.  The program entails that a participant wear a large electronic ankle bracelet carrying a phone based transmitter.  This allows the police to ensure that the conditions of a sentence, such as a curfew are obeyed.  Those on EMP are also required to submit to counselling, community work as well as random drug and alcohol testing.  Surrey RCMP say Schwartz’s participation in the EMP has been terminated and he will remain in custody until his court appearance on April 29.

MAN FLEES COPS, TAKES CHAINLINK FENCE FOR RIDE

Mounties fenced him in.

A 23-year old Surrey man who bolted from police crashed through a chain link gate Thursday afternoon.  He sped away in his black Honda Accord station wagon for several blocks with a section of the gate on his bumper.  The gate finally fell off but his driving visibility impaired his driving ability.  He crashed into a pole, the incident began inside the yard of  Maple Leaf Self-Storage near the Langley border.

RCMP members in an unmarked car were watching the man in his stolen vehicle.  But he spotted them and that’s when he floored it through the closed gate.  It got stuck to the front of his car and he kept driving.  Const. Mark Hepburn said Friday.  Christopher Lee Schwartz, of Surrey, has been charged with two counts of possession of stolen property, break and enter, dangerous driving and breach of probation.
