This Spotify podcast is a long one, but it is definitely worth listening to.
This 2019 podcast was sent to me just a few days ago.
Surprisingly, I have never heard of this podcast before, nor had anyone I mentioned it to. In the story, the podcaster/narrator names each conspirator whom he believes played a part in Lindsay’s murder, and names other players who he believes played their part, but who were not likely part of the conspiracy. He details each & every move they made while master-minding their plan to murder Lindsay, also laying out the psychological mindset of each individual, and how they became part of this conspiracy. Keep in mind, this is one man’s perspective.
The evilness behind this murder for hire is mind-blowing at best and leaves one wondering just how any human being could play a part in murdering a young 24-year-old woman who had done nothing wrong, simply witnessing something she shouldn’t have. Seemingly, the conspirators had Lindsay murdered in order to save their own skin. It’s very possible that Lindsay discovered the people she was closest to were part of a criminal organization, and she desperately wanted out. Unfortunately, Lindsay had no idea just how dangerous these people were, so she wasn’t rushing to make her move.
Lindsay was lured to the 1702 Desousa home that fateful Saturday evening. As the experts all said on the Dateline NBC Dreamhouse Mystery which aired in 2010, it was likely someone very close to Lindsay, perhaps someone who worked in the same office – or the same industry. Someone who knew the lure of money and a big sale was sure to get Lindsay to that house. And really, what young aspiring realtor wouldn’t take the bait on the chance of selling a million-dollar property.
Every move that Lindsay made in the 48 hours leading up to her murder was being carefully monitored. It’s most interesting that Jason’s mother claims to have gone for a walk with Lindsay that Friday evening before the murder, arriving at Lindsay’s condo at 7:15 pm, then supposedly going out for sushi. However, because there is not one person who has been able to back up her story and no receipt from the restaurant was ever produced it’s a one person’s tale of events. Lindsay is dead and not here to tell us what really happened that night.
Phone records show that Lindsay was talking to her dad in Calgary at 6:47 pm that Friday evening, but at no point did she ever tell him that Shirley was coming over, or that they were going out for dinner. In fact, Lindsay had only arrived home just before 5:00 pm after spending the entire day with a close friend. Hard to imagine she phoned Shirley to invite her out for dinner that night. (according to Shirley). If that Friday night never happened, then Lindsay never told Shirley that she was afraid of her ex-boyfriend Matt. A story no one ever believed anyway.
Unfortunately for Lindsay, it was too late!
The conspirators had done everything possible to keep her in their world of criminality, but when they finally realized their plan wasn’t working, Lindsay had to be eliminated. It was a message to others; what happened to Lindsay could happen to you – so keep your fucking mouths shut! Albeit, the silence that fell over the city of Saanich, Victoria, and the surrounding areas after Lindsay was brutally murdered at 1702 De Sousa Place Saanich. No one was talking, and certainly not to the Saanich Police.
Lindsay was no snitch, she was loyal to her friends and even to the people she knew were involved in crime. Yet that wasn’t enough for the people closest to her, they couldn’t risk her talking to anyone, and they knew that in time she would. They spread the word that Lindsay was the snitch, then set the plan in motion to murder her. This podcast details the emotional/psychology of the brains of those who mastered-minded Lindsay’s murder and it is shocking at best to listen to the details. Lindsay was a beautiful young woman who did not deserve what happened to her, and here we are 17 years later, and no one has been held accountable for this heinous crime.
Now we hear that Chief Dean Duthie has ordered the investigation shut down.
So much circumstantial evidence accumulated over the years, yet still no arrests. Deception, deflection, and lies told by so many different people in so many different circles, and some of those lies coming directly from cops inside the Saanich Police Department.
Why has the investigation been shut down? No press conference, no explanation, nothing. There has to be a higher power making these decisions, and not just Chief Dean Duthie. Doesn’t the community of Saanich have a right to know why this investigation has been brought to a halt.
I urge Chief Duthie to do the right thing. Re-activate Lindsay Buziak’s murder investigation. Lindsay’s supporters, the community, the country, and the world deserve nothing less. We all want to see this murder solved. The conspirators are living right under our noses, you know it, we know it, yet you are choosing to let them walk free amongst us, living their lives to the fullest. Do you honestly believe sir, that they aren’t capable of murdering another young woman who threatens their lifestyle? Maybe they already have!
The evilness of this heinous crime is beyond the comprehension of the human mind. No one will rest until the Saanich Police step up and do the right thing. Arrest, charge, and take these conspirators to court to stand trial.
